The syllabus for Amrita Entrance Examination is based on the 10 + 2 examination (CBSE level).
Amrita MBBS 2016 Paper Pattern is as follows:
- Duration: 150 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes)

- Total Marks: 450 marks
- Each correct answer carries three marks, there will be one negative mark for each wrong answer.
