AIPMT 2016 Application Form can be filled in easy 5 steps.
At first stage aspirant have to download the admission brochure to ascertain their eligibility and know all about AIPMT 2016.
At 2nd stage, students have to obtain the registration number by filling up the online application.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened a onetime correction window for candidates to rectify any mistakes in their AIPMT 2016 application form. The delay in result declaration has caused anxiety among students who appeared for the pre-medical exams this year as admission to various medical colleges depends on the AIPMT marks.
AIPMT 2016 DATE OF ENTRANCE TEST
In compliance with the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi would be conducting the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test, for the academic session 2016-17. This entrance test is being conducted for the 15% merit positions in the Medical/Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directives of the Supreme Court and will be governed by the rules and regulations specified for the same by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India from time to time.
There are also State Governments/Universities/Institutions voluntarily participating in the All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) 2016 for using its merit list for admission in the Medical Colleges/Dental Colleges against seats under their control.
The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance test, declaration of result and providing merit list to the DGHS and participating States/Universities/Institutions.
The counselling for successful candidates under 15% All India Quota seats is conducted by the DGHS and the Counselling for admission in seats under the control of other participating States/Universities/Institutions shall be conducted by their respective Authorities.

AIPMT 2016 Online Application Step by Step Help
NOTE:
i) In addition to examination fee, service/processing charges will also to be paid by the candidate for online payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card/Challan along with Service Tax,as applicable. Details of same are available on Boards website.
ii) The candidates must note that after submission of the application form it cannot be withdrawn. Claims for refund of application fee will not be entertained.
*Remote areas are Mizoram, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi saub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh,Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.
- Uploading of Photograph and Signature.
The Scanned image of the passport size Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10 Kb and 100 Kb
ii. The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb and 20 Kb
- a. Please re-sure before mailing the print out of the Confirmation Page of online application form that :
i. The applicant has signed the Form at specified place and affixed left hand thumb impression.
ii. The application bears the signature of Parent or Guardian.
iii. The application has been authenticated and signed by the Head of the Institution or Gazetted Officer.
iv. Recent colour photo with white solid background (taken on or after 01.11.2013) have been duly pasted in the space earmarked for it. Further, ensure that application form number and candidate name has been written on the back of both the passport size photograph.
v. The Confirmation Page of online application sent by Courier shall not be accepted.
- b. The fee can be remitted in the following ways:
