Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi a unit of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has come out with an admission notice for for Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) course for 2016-16 session. The Courses Details Admission Procedure and Eligibility conditions for the same are listed below
Course: MBBS
No. of Seats: 100
Duration of the course: Four and half years plus one year compulsory rotating Residential Internship
Curriculum: As approved by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (University) and is in line with the directives of the Medical Council of India
Eligibility: Candidate should complete the age of 17 years by 31 Dec 2016 and should not exceed 23 by the said date. Pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent in the first attempt with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and 60% marks in English separately
Those who appear for the qualifying examination in March / April 2016 can also apply
Selection: Selection is based on the rank obtained in the All India Amrita Entrance Examination conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Admission full on merit basis, no donation medical college in India.
Bachelor in Dental Surgery – B.D.S
Duration of the Course : Four years plus One year compulsory rotating Internship
No. of Seats : 60
Curriculum : As approved by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (University) and is in line with the directives of the Dental Council of India.
Eligibility :
- Should complete the age of 17 years by 31.12.2016 and should not exceed 23 by the said date.
- Pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent in the first attempt with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology taken together and 60% marks in English separately.
- Those who appear for the qualifying examination in March / April 2016 can also apply.
Selection : Selection is based on the rank obtained in the All India Amrita Entrance Examination conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Dental course selection full on merit basis. no capitation or no-donation no capitation college in India.
